A 12% smaller diameter "Fairmont" water pump pulley to spin the water pump faster, in order to reduce the Tiger overheating problem. As recommended in Cooling the Sunbeam Tiger by Tiger Tom and Chuck King:

To quote the Authors:
"The Fairmont pulley produces a significant temperature reduction at idle. Combined with an efficient fan, this produced more gains than some radiators tested."

CNC machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aluminium.  With the Tiger specific backspacing it is a direct replacement for the stock pulley.  
 
 A knock out bushing allows fitment with both the stock 1" Tiger water pump fan flange, and replacement pumps with a 5/8 shaft.   A thicker hub flange prevents the hub fracture problem in the stock pulley


As a long time Tiger owner, I took the time to design the cone angle to be similar in appearance to stock. A great stealth mod that really works to help the cooling problem inherent to all Tigers, and looks great.

I have spent 51 years with my eyes glued to the temperature gauge every time I got stuck in traffic and at lights. I tried all the common cooling mods and this pulley helped the most in solving my Tigers overheating issues.

Not the cure all for Tiger overheating, but a huge help.
