Mounts using the 3 holes in the R head and is drilled for stock 260/289/302 Ford heads with 5/16 bolts. There is sufficient clearance to re-drill the bracket for 3/8 bolts if you have an aftermarket head or a different Ford casting.
This will not fit a Ford alternator, or other Denso mount styles. Fitment is only guaranteed for the Denso case style shown in the drawing. These mini alternators are readily available from auto parts houses as a 93mm or 100mm Denso "mini, or hot rod alternator". Some are specified as a "race" alternator with only 7A output at idle, and not suitable for street use.
Several brands are available in this mount and size, with the 93mm Powermaster (30A idle x 55A) models 8162 /8172 /28162 or 100mm Powermaster (35A idle x 75A) models 8163 / 8173 / 28163 known to be a direct fit.
This is a direct bolt on bracket that aligns with the unique Tiger pulley offsets. The bracket is made from 12mm billet aluminium plate, standoffs are aluminium round bar, and supplied in as machined condition.
One of the longer stand offs is shorter than the other two, to account for the dipstick tube.
